The credit intermediary’s registration can be consulted on the Bank Customer Portal at https://clientebancario.bportugal.pt/

The credit intermediary is prohibited from receiving or delivering any monetary amounts related to the formation, execution or early repayment of credit agreements, pursuant to Article 46 of the legal framework governing credit intermediaries, approved by Decree-Law No. 81-C/2017 of 7 July.

The credit intermediary acts in the name and under the responsibility of the lenders with whom they maintain a contractual relationship.

Credit intermediation activities are subject to the supervision of the Bank of Portugal.
